Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage client account documentation efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and promptly.
- Arrange and manage appointment schedules.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance adherence and submissions.
- Assisting new clients through onboarding and application processes.
- Deliver outstanding service to clients.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Investments within Financial Services; a background in Financial Services is required.
- Proficiency in handling account applications.
- Demonstrated experience in assisting with money movement transactions.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in administrative office duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with compliance regulations within Financial Services.
- 100% in office schedule
