Morgan & Morgan's Nashville office is seeking a leader to help manage plaintiff personal injury cases before they go to trial. Focus is on managing people (case managers), communicating with clients, and all relevant pre-suit operations. We are open to different levels of PI experience; the role provides significant mentorship and on the job training.

Our PI practice is the largest in the nation, and TN has some of the firm's most successful attorneys. This role provides valuable mentorship and growth opportunities - many pretrial lawyers transition into trial lawyer roles. Others don't want to be in court and move into leadership roles within our operations/presuit department.

Qualification

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the TN State Bar Association 
• 1 years of Litigation experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in Personal Injury Law.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
