Overview

What you will be doing:

The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to:

- Caulking

- Drywall repair

- Touch up painting

- Test all locks and key sets

- Assist in inspection of property

- Maintaining exterior lighting

- Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance

- Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc.

- Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary

- Pool maintenanc

What we’ll expect from you:

· Valid drivers’ license along with good driving record and auto insurance

· Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.

· Be able to work as a team and independently

· Help others both at the site and other sites

· Be flexible in transferring to other local regional sites if required.

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
