We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating machinery used in the production process.

Responsibilities include:

- Conduct daily inspections of machinery

- Interpret daily commands for production needs

- Utilize forklift to bring material to workstation
- Load and unload items from machines manually or using a hoist

- Cut or punch pieces according to specifications

- Examine finished materials to verify conformance to quality standards

- Count, mark and record finished products

- Observe equipment to detect malfunctions. Report any maintenance needs.

- Supply production workers with completed parts

Requirements:
- Must have experience with punch press, saw, iron worker or similar equipment

- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, such as cranes and forklifts

- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Must be able to pass a drug screening

- Must be able to pass a background check

- Must be able to pass a physical exam

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Hours:

10 hour shifts

Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm or 1:30 pm - 12:00 am

Optional overtime on Fridays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
