Client Connectivity Services is looking for a FIX Integration/onboarding Specialist to join our North Americas FIX integration and onboarding team. The person will be working with new and existing clients to enable new trading strategies and venues. Successful candidate for this role will be organized, well spoken, and will take personal responsibility for success of new client integrations and continuing relationships. The candidate must be responsible, mature, and professional. Candidate should have the ability to manage multiple streams of work, to work independently, and to understand technically sophisticated trading systems and strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Working closely with electronic trading desk, Support team, External clients/vendors for different products and markets to onboard new clients/vendors
• Own and complete integration projects starting from client specifications gathering, building FIX interface and connectivity, FIX certification, Production deployment to production go-live
• Understand FIX specifications and Certify MS Algo with external clients/vendors
• Liaise with production support team, electronic trading desk, internal tech teams to ensure proper solutions are identified and delivered.

Required skillset:

• Experience with electronic trading systems
• Knowledge of the equity markets, equity financial products and derivatives
• In depth knowledge of FIX protocol and FIX based trading systems
• Experience with ATDL development and testing preferred
• Ability to organize and effectively communicate
• Understanding of trade lifecycle
• Knowledge Linux/Unix, Python, SQL, Relational databases
• Knowledge of networking
• Excellent project management skill
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services sector
• Self-motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic and flexible team player

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
