We're seeking someone to join our team as an Instructional Designer in Opersations to develop robust learning solutions to address both broad-based and unique needs and work closely with Shared Services and Senior Leadership to identify training needs and skills gaps and develops appropriate learning solutions leveraging a variety of delivery methods.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships.

This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within Client Services and Relationship Management which manages internal and external client relationships, engages in client service activities, optimizes the client experience, and manages vendor/external business partner relationships.

What you'll do in the role:
- Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area, working with Team Manager to manage processes, risks and/or projects, proposing and implementing improvements/changes
- Act as key problem solver for area or expertise, applying detailed knowledge to address unique or novel situations, recognize risks and draw out key issues
- Coordinate work, train and develop other team members where required, including task allocation, and project contribution
- Expected training design responsibility includes development of new hire training materials, recurrent training and initiative based training for instructor led as well as e-learning in both a virtual and in face to face environment
- Conduct in depth needs analysis for assigned projects and initiatives; manage all aspects of assigned projects including strategy, timeline, development and measurement
- Measure effectiveness of training programs; utilize information collected to enhance current and future offerings

What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to lead by example, work with drive and determination, and put forward challenging views to senior levels
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team
- Ability to operate independently across the majority of day-to-day responsibilities
- Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values and acting as a role model
- Proficient in e-learning development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Storyline Articulate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 Year of dedicated instructional design experience; experience with virtual learning solutions a plus
- Experience working with multiple partners in various groups and locations
- At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week.
