Job Description: As a part-time bookkeeper, you will work closely with our clients to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. This role involves handling a variety of accounting functions including monthly accounting services, transaction processing, month-end closing, and preparing financial statements. You will have the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to assist clients in various industries.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide monthly accounting services and transaction processing.
• Perform month-end closing and generate financial statements.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to provide financial insights and support.
• Track expenses, process payments, and reconcile accounts as needed.
• Assist with job costing and other accounting-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• QuickBooks Online Certification is required.
• Experience with job costing is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
