Responsibilities: First Impressions: Warmly greet patients upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Communication Skills: Answer calls within three rings, demonstrating knowledge of aesthetic procedures and maintaining a friendly demeanor. Use patient names to personalize interactions. Scheduling: Efficiently book, modify, or cancel appointments. Ensure timely follow-ups for next appointments. Promotions & Programs: Educate clients about loyalty, referral programs, and ongoing promotions. Drive patient enrollment in membership initiatives. Facility Appearance: Oversee the aesthetics, cleanliness, and staging of the facility. Ensure the office is ready for daily operations and closed per standard procedures. Feedback & Improvement: Share patient feedback with the management. Aid in front desk projects like new client leads, rewards, promotions, and gathering online reviews. Technology Proficiency: Manage patient records in our software system and demonstrate adeptness in using computers, iPads, and phones. Service Promotion: Knowledgeably describe treatments, services, facility features, and hours. Actively promote treatments, discounts, and retail offerings. Digital Presence: Contribute to the achievement of Social Media and Review objectives. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the manager for accurate stock counts and order management. Problem Solving: Address patient queries and concerns with professionalism. Step in for day-to-day managerial tasks as needed. Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings and trainings. Assist in front desk operations and communicate any significant occurrences to the management. Professionalism: Dress as per uniform policy, maintain a proactive attitude, and work towards the continuous growth of the business.
