Morgan White Group is Hiring a Technical Business Analyst Near Ridgeland, MS
The Technical Business Analyst reports to the Chief Investment Officer- Corporate Admin Division.
The position is an exempt, salary role and is located at 500 Steed Road, Ridgeland, MS 39157.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze, improve, and automate processes within the organization in collaboration with various departments.
Collaborate with internal and external programming teams to accomplish business objectives.
Design, test, and implement new technologies.
Develop apps and solutions related to Microsoft’s Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages).
Refine and create new SharePoint processes and workflows.
Analyze actuarial data related to insurance products.
Create reports, statements, and charts for both internal and external use utilizing Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other tools.
Assist in the logical and functional design of new websites.
Develop training and marketing materials using tools such as Camtasia Studio and Snagit.
Provide training on specific software and process updates.
Assist in investment analysis and decision-making processes.
Aid in the modeling and assessment of insurance products.Work with departments to analyze, improve, and automate processes within the organization.
Work with internal and external programming teams to accomplish business objectives.
Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new technology.

Aiding in the development of SharePoint processes and workflows.to solve for specific problems.
Working within Excel & Power BI
Preforming/Reviewing actuarial analysis within the scope of insurance products.product success and actuarial data.
Creating reports, statements, and charts related to insurance products for both internal and external use.
Working with AI software to determine and enhance efficiency with current business practices.
Involved in website development and processes related to the sale of insurance products.
Working with other programming teams and others within the organization.
Using Camtasia Studio & Snagit to help create marketing and training materials.
Provide training on specific software and process updates.
Aid in the development of new insurance products.
Analyze new project goals
Assist with investment analysis and decision-making process.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Information Technology, Software or Web Development, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Fundamental understanding of programming, databases, and web languages is a must.
Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as Windows and Office.
Experience with Microsoft Power FX and SharePoint is optimal.Must have an analytical/problem solving mind while at least having a fundamental understanding of programming, databases, and web languages
