Our Plastic Surgery Practice is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to provide administrative support to our boutique practice. We focus on ensuring that our patients receive personal and professional attention in all aspects of their care.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and surgeries
- Maintain accurate patient records and information
- Handle patient inquiries and provide necessary information in a timely fashion
- Ensure that medical office administrative tasks are completed

- Assist with medical procedures as needed

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in all areas (in person, email, phone)

- Interest and skills in implementing and maintaining a social media presence for the practice
- Experience in a medical office setting and proficiency in medical terminology is ideal
- Meticulous organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of office procedures and protocols
