The Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to individuals dealing with various mental health issues, addiction, and crisis situations. *Duties* - Conduct behavioral therapy and psychotherapy sessions with clients - Provide addiction counseling and crisis intervention services - Perform patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans - Utilize coding and ICD-10 standards for accurate medical documentation - Offer PTSD care and support to clients in need - Manage cases effectively to ensure comprehensive care for each individual *Qualifications* - Proven experience in behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, addiction counseling, and crisis intervention - Strong skills in patient assessment and case management - Proficiency in coding, ICD-10 standards, and medical documentation - Ability to provide quality PTSD care and support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Relevant counseling certification or degree required
