Morningstar Mountain Property is Hiring an Assistant Construction Project Manager Near Eagle, CO
- Assist Project Managers with various task
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules
- Solicit material quotes and subcontractor proposals
- Prepare subcontractor and material agreements
- Review insurance requirements and certificates
- Procure shop drawings
- Prepare material and project submittals
- Review and comprehend contracts
- Process RFI’s
- Prepare change order documents
- Attend project meetings
- Applying for and obtaining permits
- Review subcontractor payment request
- Monitor job cost
- Administer project docs and pay applications
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable interacting with individuals from all levels of the company
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position
- Drivers License and clean driving record
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds at times
