Morrell Jewelry is a small-business fine jewelry store serving Boerne and the surrounding hill country since 1991. Family-oriented and focused on providing exceptional customer service.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced jewelry salesperson to provide front desk services, including intaking repairs, calling customers, keeping jewelry inventory system up to date, and providing quality customer service. Candidates should have AT LEAST ONE YEAR of experience in jewelry industry. Preferred experience with inventory systems, sales, jewelry custom design, and jewelry repair.
Candidates will work directly with customers to answer questions about products and must be knowledgeable in providing quality advice and recommending jewelry services/repairs.
Shifts include: Tuesday - Friday and Saturdays

Candidates must have work experience in the jewelry industry and a basic understanding of retail practices and service principles. Excellent communication with customers to provide outstanding customer service is critical. Candidates will work with team members to fulfill sales and repair objectives.
