The Associate Director of Marketing is a key leader on the Marketing team and as the strategic marketing partner for the General Managers they are ultimately responsible for the overall marketing plan, marketing budget and go to market strategy for key auto dealerships within Morrie’s Auto Group.
We are hiring for Market1 (Minnesota locations) and Market 2 (Wisconsin locations) leadership roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the overall goals of the assigned market and drives customer traffic and revenue growth.
· Work as a collaborative member of the market team to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with General Managers, creative, and executive leadership to implement and support initiatives that drive their sales objectives and improve the overall customer experience.
· Mentor and manage marketing team member(s) to help facilitate employee growth while hitting tactical deadlines and execution of campaigns.
· Manage advertising and promotional activities for the market – including budgets, vendor relationships, and store level events.
· Utilize analytics to strategically determine appropriate channels of marketing spend – including OEM contributions.
· Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s expectations of our executives as it pertains to interactions with customers, co-workers, subordinates, and vendors.
· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with GMs, staff and partners to manage marketing operations.
