- DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
- Coordinates and supervises day to day operations of the Rehab Services Team in an assigned area/facility. Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.

- QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional/Educational
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy.
- License and registration as required.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Specialization or certification preferred.
- One to two years supervisory experience preferred.
- DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
