You’re a decisive people person who feels most accomplished when you’re helping a team grow and overcome challenges. As Sales Coordinator Supervisor, you’re gonna be the one our sales coordinator team looks to as they support our plumbing and HVAC sales departments.

Your Role

As Sales Coordinator Supervisor:

• You’ll oversee the sales coordinator team. You’re the kind of person people count on to meet deadlines and do things the right way. You’ll lead 1-on-1 meetings with the sales coordinators, as well as team development. You’re the good influence we want over our team to make sure we’re the best we can be!
• You’ll overcome obstacles and challenges. Every day comes with its own unique challenges, whether they’re internal or customer based. You’ll work closely with your team, the sales team, the managers, and the sales specialists to tackle these challenges.
• You’ll report on data, sales details, and team performance. As the supervisor, you’re the one who’s gonna lead our sales coordinators to greatness! You have a good eye for detail and know how to present the information in a way that’s gonna help your team grow.
• You’ll oversee and drive future growth. As the company grows, we want our teams to grow with us! Your drive is gonna help us do amazing things!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Sales Coordinator Supervisor:

• Prior supervisor/management experience
• Proven leadership success - A demonstrated ability to lead by example, while developing & motivating a team to achieve goals
• Demonstrated competency in Windows-based PC environment, keyboarding proficiency, internet savvy, and use of automated systems
• Ability to write reports, business and interoffice correspondence professionally
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer orientation (friendly, courteous, helpful)
• Alignment & commitment to company values (honesty, integrity, fairness, and respect)
• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
