Responsibilities
- Manage Projects of moderate to high complexity. Present plans at various municipalities as necessary to successfully complete projects.
- Understanding of Site Development permitting and Pa regulations.
- Prepare and administer contracts, maintain budgets, invoicing, proposal preparations.
- Perform Site Layout, Grading, Drainage within Civil3D.
- Perform stormwater management and E&S designs and reports.
- Supervise and mentor project designers and other team members.
- Demonstrates understanding of codes and regulatory requirements for design.
- Must be proficient in Civil3D
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
