Morris Knowles & Associates located in the surrounding Pittsburgh area has an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineering Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in project and client management with private and public sector clients. The ideal candidate MUST have a professional engineer's license in Pennsylvania. Ohio and WV license a plus. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing moderate to high complexity projects, supervising and mentoring staff. Developing new client and project opportunities is a plus. Responsibilities

  • Manage Projects of moderate to high complexity. Present plans at various municipalities as necessary to successfully complete projects.
  • Understanding of Site Development permitting and Pa regulations.
  • Prepare and administer contracts, maintain budgets, invoicing, proposal preparations.
  • Perform Site Layout, Grading, Drainage within Civil3D.
  • Perform stormwater management and E&S designs and reports.
  • Supervise and mentor project designers and other team members.
  • Demonstrates understanding of codes and regulatory requirements for design.
  • Must be proficient in Civil3D
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
