Description / Function :

• Manages all aspects related to documents and communicates all issues, concerns, and questions.
• Ensure on time service is met.
• Develops a sense of trust and integrity with the customer.
• Responsible for all invoicing research and approval while maintain all required spreadsheets
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma / GED required.
• Transportation or Logistics related a plus.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in transportation, Logistics.
• Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Products).
• Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal skills to manage and motivate workforce.
• Advanced technical / computer skills.
• Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude.
• Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability / desire to work independently or in team environment.
• Capability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of urgency, creativity and a flexible approach to running the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
