Our client is a NY based family-owned real estate investment company who has closed over 5k units in the past few years as the LP investor and is now launching the GP arm as an Owner/Manager. This new platform will focus on acquiring opportunistic, value-add, core and core plus deals in Florida.

Due to rapid growth, they are seeking two (2) dynamic and experienced Acquisition Managers to lead the acquisition of existing multifamily properties. One role will be based in the Central FL area and the other in Southeast FL. The Acquisition Managers will play a crucial role in expanding the company's portfolio by sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating the purchase of multifamily properties that align with investment goals.

Key Details:

• 5 years of multifamily acquisition experience, minimum 3 years in FL required.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and closing multifamily acquisitions.
• Ability to assist with asset management on the first few deals.
• Deep understanding of the FL real estate market and current industry trends.
• Reports into SVP of Investments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• BS in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
