Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing/Lock Desk professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and data management to support pricing strategies and revenue optimization.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and approves all new rate lock commitments
- Submit and secure deals with multiple investors
- Final Pricing Verification
- Send final approval letters to borrowers
- Produce and distribute daily pricing/rate sheet
- Assist loan officers with pricing
- Run and evaluate pipeline reports daily
Skills
- Min. one year of Lock Desk or Secondary Market experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
