Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Purchase Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing loans for various purposes, such as purchasing a home, refinancing an existing mortgage, or obtaining a personal loan. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the loan application process, evaluating their financial situation, and recommending suitable loan products that align with their needs and financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their financial objectives and assess their eligibility for loans.
• Loan Application Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather necessary financial documents.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses to determine clients' creditworthiness and ability to repay loans.
• Loan Product Recommendation: Recommend appropriate loan products based on clients' financial profiles and objectives.
• Loan Origination: Facilitate the loan origination process, including submitting loan applications, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring timely approval and closing.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan application and approval process.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Market Research: Stay informed about current market trends, interest rates, and loan products to better advise clients and maintain a competitive edge.
• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements:

• NMLS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION!
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of loan products, lending regulations, and underwriting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems used in loan processing and customer relationship management.
• A valid license or certification (if required by state regulations)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
