Job Description:
As a Catering Server at Mosaic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of events by providing exceptional service to our clients and their guests. Your responsibilities will include setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages, assisting with event logistics, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Event Setup: Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and table settings according to event specifications.
- Food Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with clients and guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Event Assistance: Assist with event logistics, such as coordinating with kitchen staff, refilling beverages, and ensuring the overall flow of the event runs smoothly.
- Table Maintenance: Clear tables, remove used dishes and utensils, and reset tables for the next course or event phase.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning up spills and ensuring the event space remains tidy.
- Safety: Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
