The Catering Production Associate is responsible for promoting productions services while managing the production aspects to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Consult with clients/ team members to understand their production needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.

• Menu Planning and Coordination:
• Understand the logistics of food preparation, transportation, and setup to ensure a seamless event.

• Event Execution:
• Oversee the preparation, transportation, and setup of production at event sites.
• Ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly.

Financial Management:

• Prepare quotes and contracts for clients.
• Manage invoicing and follow up on payments.
• Feedback and Quality Control:
• Gather feedback from clients post-event to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all Inventory to Assure that the TPP System is Up to Date:

• Inventory Oversight:
• Conduct regular inventory counts to track products and supplies.
• Verify inventory levels by comparing them to physical counts and rectify any discrepancies immediately.

• TPP System Management:
• Ensure all inventory data is accurately entered and maintained in the TPP system.
• Update the system promptly with changes due to sales, returns, new shipments, or any discrepancies.
• Train staff on using the TPP system effectively and ensure compliance with inventory processes.

• Loss Prevention:
• Monitor and analyze inventory for signs of theft or loss and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with security teams or loss prevention specialists to enhance the effectiveness of the TPP system.

Manage Repair or Rotate Out Inventory:

• Repair Management:
• Identify damaged or defective items and decide whether to repair or replace them.
• Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for the repair of inventory items and track the status of repairs.
• Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of repairs versus replacements and make informed decisions.

• Inventory Rotation:
• Implement and manage a rotation system for perishable goods or items with expiry dates to minimize waste.
• Rotate stock regularly to ensure that older inventory is used/sold before newer inventory.
• Identify slow-moving items and determine if they should be discounted, returned, or removed from inventory.
• With Cad, Powerpoint, Productions design experience

• Proficient in Inventory Management Software.
• Strong Organizational Skills to manage large volumes of inventory and detailed records.
• Analytical Skills to assess inventory levels, costs, and loss prevention metrics.
• Problem-solving Skills to effectively manage repairs or make decisions about rotating out inventory.
• Attention to Detail for accurate inventory tracking and system updates.
• Communication Skills to coordinate with vendors, staff, and management

Education:

• A high school diploma is required;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
