Mosaic CCDA is looking for a passionate and strategic leader to join the Transformation Center Team.

Join our team at Mosaic, where every piece tells a story and every sale makes a difference. We're looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our resale store and help us grow our mission-driven retail operation.

• Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail staff, ensuring they are motivated and providing excellent customer service.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure stock availability.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales and customer data to make informed decisions and adjustments to store operations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
• Work Environment: Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and personal growth.
• Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints or issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
• Community Engagement: Participate in community events and marketing efforts to promote the store and its mission.

Qualifications.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Michigan Drivers License. 
• Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead programs and training.
• A passion for Mosaic CCDA's mission and growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and network with diverse groups.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage resources effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
