Description :
We are seeking an experienced Repair and Maintenance Service Coordinator to join our Atlanta team!
The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
This is a Full-time exempt position; employee must be available on nights and weekends to manage and coordinate emergency calls.
Must have a valid driver's license and insurance, personal vehicle for transportation, and a clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits : 60-70k / year depending on experience, bonus program, paid time off, plus full benefits and 401k after 1 year of employment
Location : Hybrid (Work from Home and Field Locations) Atlanta GA Area, with travel up to 25% required
Experience : 2 years of using Facility Management tracking software (ex. Ecotrak)
Language : English (required), Spanish (bilingual preferred)
Responsibilities :
Project Management : Be the liaison between stores, leadership, and technicians to schedule appointments, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Help keep inventory of stored repair parts and fleet vehicle maintenance schedules.
Audit incoming tasks to ensure proper level of urgency. Maintain schedule of regular PMs due for locations. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all activities.
Communication : Communicate clearly and effectively in English with stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Experience working with multiple locations preferred
Software Proficiency : Demonstrated experience using repair and maintenance tracking software or similar tools to manage tasks and projects.
Also, must be proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
