We're looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team! This individual will be responsible for ensuring new customers have a smooth and successful transition onto our platform.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new customers to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges.
• Serve as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase, providing proactive and personalized support.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and workshops to ensure customers are well-versed with our software.
• Collaborate with the customer success and technical teams to resolve any issues or roadblocks during the onboarding process.
• Provide feedback to the product team based on customer experiences to help improve the onboarding process.
• Continuously refine and improve the onboarding process to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, focusing on customer onboarding or implementation.
• Proven track record of handling the unique demands and challenges of onboarding large-scale businesses.
• Agile and adaptive, thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail, process-oriented, and highly organized.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial spirit with an ownership-driven approach.
• Proven project management skills with dependable follow-through.
• Efficient time management with an inherent sense of urgency.
