Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, assisting with policy renewals and claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer requests and concerns effectively.

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
