Wizard of Growth and Acquisition Customer acquisition is a key element to the growth of our company. You will be responsible for selling additional services to existing customers, as well as developing and growing a new customer base via cold calls, warm leads, onsite at their residence, place of business or similar.

To Succeed in this Role as a Pest Control Inside Sales Representative

• Always bring your A-game. Previous sales experience is a plus, but if you can sell ice to an Eskimo or sandals to a snake, we want to hear from you!
• Chief Relationship Officer. Use your relationship building skills to generate leads and sales through creative solicitation,

telemarketing, referrals from existing clients, working lists of associations and networking events.

Subject Matter Expert. You will be responsible for creating a memorable first impression by educating customers about the importance of mosquito control and how our services can help them enjoy their outdoor spaces without the annoyance of those pesky mosquitoes and other outdoor pests.

Job Requirements

• Acute attention to detail and follow through.
• Excellent interpersonal, sales and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Strong administration, organization, phone and filing skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications including having experience with Microsoft Office products.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $36,000 to $70,000 per year includes commissions.
