RF Field Applications Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide field applications support to customers for Wireless RF, Microwave & High-Speed Communication products. Technical champion in signal chain of communication wireless applications in Sales/FAE team.

• Understanding and disseminating Customers' system needs; Support customers projects with system knowledge, on-site trouble shooting, drive technology discussions with a focus on maximizing share, forming deep customer relationships, and driving exemplary customer satisfaction.

• Collect customer's technical requirements and macro trend of the application, report the new products idea to BU for product/solution definition; Developing and proposing new products to Product Lines to fill customers' new needs.

Qualifications:

• More than 3-year R&D experience in communication wireless base station industry. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.

• System level knowledge of some of them: 3G/4G Macro/Micro BTS, 3G/4G Multi-carrier Picocells, Femtocell and small Cells, FDD and TDD Active Antenna Systems; FPGA related experience is an advantage.

• Solid knowledge in Broad RF, Microwave, high-speed converters and mixed signal circuit applications/design at the board/system level.

• Experience in ADS, MATLAB, and software programming ability.

• Strong problem-solving and technical skills, with ability to work as a team and build relationships with all the stake holders.
