Our hotel requires passionate, experienced - forward-thinking individuals to fill its Guest Service Agent positions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a great attitude who are capable of working quickly, making decisions and solving problems. The Guest Service Agents will interface directly with our clients and act as a positive representative of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Front Desk - guests check in & check out
• Managing reservations & directing calls for reservations
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests of the hotel.
• Answer customer calls at the front desk.
• Troubleshoot issues in the hotel and find good solutions to problems.
• Work with housekeeping staff to fulfill guests' requests and meet their needs.
• Call vendors to resolve supply or service issues.
• Clean rooms and repair small problems in rooms.
• Such as broken lamps, towels, etc.

Freshers are welcome to walk in for assessment at Job location between Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
