Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Person, to maintain, repair guest rooms & the property by providing excellent facility services in our Hotel. We expect the candidate to have basic knowledge of hotel maintenance work like Plumbing, Painting, PTAC Units repair, Fridge & Microwave repair, Electrical work, cleaning work, Carpentry work etc. If, you have a knack for Maintenance & Facility service and work experience in the Hotels or Apartments, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
• Cleanup trash and grounds on daily basis.
• Deliver excellent facility & repair services like plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning, carpentry etc.
• Deep cleaning of block rooms with preventative maintenance.
• Maintenance of common amenities like Gardens, Pet Park, Laundry, Vending area of the hotel.
• Record all serviced rooms by maintaining inventory and maintenance logbook.
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues.
• Handle reasonable guests' complaints/requests as per laid down protocol instructed by Front office.
• Check inventory levels of all departments of the hotel.
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.

Skills

• Work experience as a Maintenance/Facility Worker or similar role.
