Motel 6 is Hiring a Front Desk Near Warner, GA

Front Desk Agent

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate as necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with room reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
