Job Overview:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our hotel guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process reservations over the phone, online, and in person
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
- Operate the front desk computer system efficiently
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual is a plus)
- Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
