Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Support classroom management and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Help supervise children during activities, meals, and outdoor play.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the classroom and common areas.
• Encourage and engage children in creative and educational experiences.
• Assist with documentation of children's progress and observations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with lead teachers and staff.

Pay: $14.54 - $15.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
