THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator works diligently to collaborate with the Marketing team and the Brand Strategist to make magic come alive in our company. You would be pivotal in creating and executing various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and rapid company growth. It takes an out-of-the-box thinker, a goal-driven person with excellent follow-through, to work with this exceptional team that is the voice of our brand. 

The Marketing Coordinator relishes attending events and creating dynamic relationships and thrives most when working on multiple projects, ensuring they are thoroughly completed to brand standards. While executing strategy for marketing touchpoints and supporting events, your role is crucial to the company's overall success and fiscal health. Duties of a Marketing Coordinator include: 

  • Campaign coordination
  • Content creation
  • Social media support
  • Event execution 
  • Assist with all marketing initiatives 
  • Digital marketing & new technology integration
  • Collateral development
  • Partnership and sponsorship management/coordination
  • Analytics and reporting to track growth and the effects of our initiatives
  • Internal communications
  • Brand advocacy
  • Other duties as necessary that push the Company to new growth heights
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and a minimum of 35-45 hours per week. 

Required skills:

  • A creative, out-of-the-box thinker, or the ability and flexibility to support a team of creative thinkers.
  • Has a proven track record of being reliable and getting things done.
  • Ability to manage tasks autonomously
  • Must possess a dependable mode of transportation for commuting between locations.
  • Well-versed in advanced technology (Open AI, Asana, Slack, Shopify, Square POS)
  • Organized, dependable, thorough, and consistently proves excellent follow-through.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills. English must be your first language. 
  • Exhibits a sense of urgency while flipping between projects and maintaining an awareness of priorities and deadlines.
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Google Workspace (sheets, docs, slides, etc).
  • Naturally, carries a “can do” attitude.
  • Previous experience with Toast POS and/or Square reporting is a plus.
  • Hybrid work from home, but mainly onsite at cafes four days per week, onsite at events, and some face-to-face meetings.
  • Possess strong administrative and technical skills. 
  • 1 years experience or training in a marketing position.
  • 2 years of experience working in a heavy admin role.
  • 2 years experience working in the food and beverage industry in any capacity.

Compensation:

  • $38,000 to start, $41,600 after your 90-day introductory period.
