THE ROLE
The Operations Manager is one of the most important roles in the roastery as their main focus is to be at the forefront and create the explosive growth of our company which is all around COFFEE. They manage the roasting team, production team, and warehouse team to ensure the quality of coffee that is produced. They work with other departments such as cafe operations, marketing team, and events team to ensure collaborative efforts to finish projects on time, They are laser-focused on growing the coffee program by creating new accounts, testing new coffees, training our employees, creating a strategy with marketing around the coffee program and working with our current wholesale accounts. In addition to this, the Operations Manager is expected to have their teams work efficiently, promptly, and to standard. This specific position requires an in-person consistent schedule, communication with clients, working with a 7-10 member dedicated team, and pursuing positive results through hyper-growth, new ideas, great relationships, and exceptional detail to a perfect cup.
