Required Skills & Experience
- Proven record of up-time and understanding HA, SLA management, and Change Control workflows
- Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm
- Configuration Management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Vagrant)
- Proficiency with CI/CD platforms, particularly Jenkins
- Familiarity with building installation packages, Docker containers & registries
- Knowledge of Sumologic, DynamoDB, and messaging platforms
- Hacker mentality with a deep understanding of underlying systems
- 50% Hands On
- 30% Management Duties
- 20% Team Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to automate systems and processes
- Lead a team of 3 DevOps Engineers
- Own and drive improvements within CI/CD, Configuration management, AWS infrastructure, security scanning, cost management, logging and monitoring
