Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

• 10 Years of technical experience in End User Computing technologies
• Extensive experience with cloud-based collaboration technologies, including Microsoft 0365 application suite
• Deep Knowledge of endpoint security, including multi-factor authentication implementation and support
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and business teams

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with enterprise architecture processes
• Knowledge of risk management and disaster avoidance strategies
• Familiarity with global and matrix organizations
