Job Details
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and Deployment: Create scalable, available, performant, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Management: Configure and manage VMs, EC2, containers (ECS, Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless functions.
- Networking: Implement and manage VPC components like VPNs, subnets, load balancers, and firewalls.
- IAM Policies: Develop and manage role-based IAM policies and AWS AD service configurations.
- Automation: Utilize scripting (bash, Python), Terraform, and Ansible for task automation and server hardening.
- DevSecOps: Use GitLab for pipeline automation with AWS containers, and configure security tools (Splunk, Trend Micro).
- Monitoring: Optimize cloud resource performance and availability, monitor usage, and implement backup strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure system compliance with security standards (GDPR, FISMA, NIST 800-53 FedRAMP) and perform regular security assessments.
- Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure and hosted software stacks.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5 or more years of experience with AWS
