A highly regarded commercial litigation firm in lower Manhattan is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This is a great position with strong compensation, excellent career progression, and a friendly team, but currently the hiring team is only accepting applicants who have at least a year of professional experience working at a law firm. This role will be the sole internal IT person at an organization of fifty people, and will be partnered with the organizations existing consulting team. The firm is in a Microsoft/Windows environment, and will involve basic networking, laptop and desktop support, VOIP solutions, mobile device management, and basic security.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in IT support / help desk
• Experience doing troubleshooting and configuration in the Microsoft 365 suite: Teams, Sharepoint, etc.
• Experience with laptop and desktop support/mobile device management
• At least one year of experience working at a law firm or legal institution
