Job Description
Our client, a major provider of innovative retail software solutions, is bringing on a Product Manager to support their integrated point of sale, inventory management, and business intelligence tools. This is a full-time position located onsite 3 days per week in Princeton, NJ.

This is an opportunity to drive several products from conception to launch with a company that emphasizes individual growth and development.
Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience
• Prior experience building out a product from 0-1
• Experience launching new digital products in a cloud environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with both internal, external, and C-level stakeholders
• Previous work experience in an agile, customer-centric environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in business, product development, or another related field
• Experience in eCommerce, Retail, Logistics, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or similar industry

What you Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities

• Own Digital Product backlog: create, prioritize, manage, and accept stories based on deep understanding of the market, customers, and business strategies
• Communicate and work closely with key stakeholders and partners to ensure visibility and transparency of the current backlog for features and functionality
• Provide day-to-day direction to the delivery team and regular progress updates to business stakeholders
