They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Native Lead to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of mobile applications that enhance their project management and client engagement capabilities. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-performance, user-friendly, and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React Native, a proven track record in mobile app development, and strong leadership skills. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and optimizing app architecture, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experience professionally with React Native
Experience with C#/.NET
Experience with Maui/Xamarin frameworks
Stakeholder interaction / management is a must
Experience with Azure
Experience with SQL Server
Desired Skills & Experience
Leadership experience is preferred
Experience with Native iOS/Android is a plus
Experience with B2B/B2C applications
