Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years of experience as Business Testing Manager.
• FO test/CVA experience.
• Business Testing Manager with a solid grounding in project management and business analysis principles with significant stakeholder engagement experience across both Technology and Business.
• Project management experience in major/complex institutions (Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms).
• Ability to put together reporting and high-quality presentations for Senior Management.
• Knowledge of JIRA and experience with issue management and resolution. Ability to create reporting out of JIRA for senior management reporting purposes.

• UAT Testing Manager: Run testing calls between Technology, Risk, and Finance testing teams to facilitate issue remediation.
