Our client, a large digital music, podcast, and video service, is looking to hire a Technical Account Manager to join their team ONSITE in New York, NY!

*** This begins as a 12-month contract, with an opportunity to extend at any time

Responsibilities

• Manage all day to day technical interactions and support workflows for all 35 retailers.
• Assist the 18 remaining API integrated partners through their transition to industry-standard ONIX distribution (Push) - creating supporting documentation, addressing bugs and errors during transitions, and ensuring partner-side transitions (i.e. financial cutovers) are well coordinated with internal teams.
• Work cross-functionally on rolling out content campaigns in your region and advise accordingly
• Manage legal, financial, and pub partnership tasks related to supporting existing partners as well as the transition of retailer-facing obligations to the “partner platform”.
• Includes unwinding of bespoke activities, supporting transitions to “PUSH”, stabilizing existing business operations, and supporting the transition, etc.
• Work directly in the legal/financial/account management realm, but without the expectation of long-term relationships with the outside parties or managing negotiations.

Desired Skills And Experience

• 4 to 6 years previous experience
• You have knowledge and experience of DDEX metadata standards
• Prior experience in engineering/technical roles
• You are a self starter, with the ability to take ownership and manage multiple technical issues and cross functional projects
• You have the ability to break down and communicate complex, technical problems and solutions
• You have great communication skills, particularly across a global team
• You are focused on hitting deadlines, and able to adapt to changing priorities
• You have knowledge of the music industry within the North America
• You are fluent in spoken and written English, other languages are a bonus
