Motion Recruitment is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Plano, TX
Our client, a leader in financial software systems, is actively seeking an AP/AR Specialist to join their team. This is a hybrid position and must be onsite 2x a week in Plano, TX.
*This is a 3 month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*
As an AR Specialist, you will support tasks and activities in the accounts payable/receivable function such as pulling bank statements, posting cash, account reconciliations, analyzing outstanding balances, and responding to customer inquiries. They are looking for someone who has hands-on experience with Oracle and can work in a fast-paced environment,
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic AP/AR functions
- Compile amounts owed by the company to vendors and other organizations
- Maintain transaction records
- Process and verify applications for credit
- Assist with month-close and year-end-close
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Accounts Receivable Experience
- Prior experience with Oracle R12
- Proficient in Excel
