Our client, a leading global technology firm, is seeking an AI Data Scientistto join their team. This hybrid role requires candidates to be located near Denver, CO, with an expectation to come into the office twice a week.

**This role is a 3-month contract to hire that includes benefits. This role is not eligible for C2C, h1b transfer or 1099 employment.**

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing systems, documenting and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
• Design and develop algorithms for generative models using deep learning techniques, NLP, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Create and fine-tune generative neural network architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, and transformer-based models.
• Clean, label, and augment data for training and improving AI models, ensuring robust testing and validation.

Desired Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in backend development and machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), with proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI models.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data pre-processing techniques, and experience with cloud computing and AI deployment (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
