A large utility organization is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join their team for a crucial project. You'll play a key role in upgrading their entire product suite and user interfaces, ensuring a smoother and more efficient experience for all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Proven experience with Business Systems Analyst concepts, principles, and best practices
• Solid understanding of Field Management Systems
• Expertise in business system design, configuration, integrations, and data flows
• Familiarity with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management (IRCP) processes
• Working knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, Agile, and related frameworks
• Project Management experience a plus
• Strong business and vendor relationship management skills
