Our client, a large multinational mass media and entertainment company , is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join their team in Culver City, CA

2-year contract to start while working on a W2, with benefits

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of creative assets delivery, acting as the gatekeeper of high quality creative.
• Work closely with campaign strategists, PMs, and media ops to help ensure asset specifications, messaging, Intellectual Property (IP) details and other creative / legal requirements are met.
• Collaborate and manage creative decks and other presentations as well as updating our internal team's central website full of resources for assets, specifications, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 1-2 years of experience
