Our client, a global specialist in energy management and automation, is actively looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join their team in O'Fallon, MO! This role is 80% onsite and 20% remote.

***This is a 1 year initial contract with the opportunity to extend or convert***

This Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for providing consultative product and solution expertise to the company's customers. This person will work closely with the company's sales team to understand their sales objectives, account plan, customer's business issues, and competitive pressures to tailor your material to each customer's specific interests. Specifically, this person will be the face of the company representing their power systems portfolio presenting trends and value prop to customers both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate the company's Power Story to customers, partners, and other guests
• Understand the company's customer engagement and account management process
• Demonstrate a keen understanding of the data center industry
• Be able to engage all levels---from Executive to Technical Customers
• Develop customized presentations and demonstrations to guests
• Work with Marketing & Technical Support to design new demonstrations in the Power Lab

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Engagement or Customer Success position, with a focus on product sales
• Strong experience creating and giving presentations to customers
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and writing skills
• Experience working in a Manufacturing or Data Center setting/environment/product is preferred (knowledge of power systems is highly desired)
