Our client, a leading financial software company , is looking for a Support Operations Analyst to join their team on a hybrid schedule in San Diego, CA.
**This is a 1 year contract with the potential for extension or conversion**
Responsibilities:
- This individual will assist the Financial Ops team in pivoting from current tools and process to a more robust long term solution for the business.
- Core responsibilities will include data management, automation of manual processes and deep dives to identify and root cause issues.
- In addition, they will assist with standing up new dashboards / mechanisms and help organizing our data to scale.
- They will actively engage with workforce operations, planning, finance and data teams to manage invoicing mechanisms while also rebuilding the process muscle.
- This individual will improve the overall quality of our data sets, increase efficiency of our invoicing progress, and reduce overall variance in our quality of delivery.
Skills:
- Experienced data analyst with advanced skills in extracting and manipulating data in Excel and SQL.
- This includes writing complex formulas in Excel and advanced queries in SQL.
- Should have experience with visualization in Tableau / QlikSense.
- The individual must possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to create presentations in PowerPoint and Google Sheets is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects will make the candidature stronger.
- Bachelors degree as a minimum requirement, Masters degree is a plus. Degree in Engineering, Information Tech, Finance or Economics is a plus but not mandatory.
